Conditions of booking

Payment Terms

Bookings can only be held for 7 days from enquiry without payment of a deposit

Once a deposit has been paid the booking is secured, but the deposit is non-refundable

A deposit of £100 must be paid not later than 8 weeks before the holiday is to be taken,or

at the time of booking if later.

The balance is due for payment 4 weeks before the holiday is to be taken, and may be paid

by post dated cheque at the time of booking.

Linen

Bed linen is provided and included in the price, but you should take towels.

Electricity

Electricity is provided by £1 slot meter.

Cleaning

The apartment will be cleaned prior to occupation, but it is expected that guests will leave

the apartment reasonably clean.

Damage

Please notify us of any damage caused or discovered in order that this may be rectified.

Arrival & Departure

You may not occupy the apartment before 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and should

depart by 10.30 on the day of departure. This is to allow time for cleaning.

All holidays are based on Saturday arrivals and departures unless stated otherwise.
