Number 4 is a ground floor apartment situated in beautiful Portmellon Cove near Mevagissey. This Cornish location is perfect for family holidays as it is within yards of a sandy beach which is ideal for safe bathing, exploring rock pools or boating. The apartment is one of only five within an individual complex, which has been tastefully converted from a traditional Pilchard works. The apartment has been recently refurbished with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom facilities incorporating both a bath and shower.

There is an attractive open plan lounge/kitchen with a sofa bed in the living area to provide for a fifth person if required. The hallway leads to a recently refurbished bathroom with bath and shower, two double bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two singles.) Both have pine wardrobes and ample drawer space.

There is a raised south facing patio area outside the apartment for the use of guests with a wooden bench and seating. The property has its own designated parking immediately outside the apartment.

The apartment includes a full size television, video, and CD player in the lounge, as well as books and games. The kitchen includes a four ring electric hob, full size oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, as well as a comprehensive range of cooking utensils and equipment. Outside a paved patio complete with picnic table for the exclusive use of No. 4 is available.
